Discover why our framework works so well, and meet our founder Phill while you are here.

Hi, I'm Phill W. Sardi,
founder of The Challenge Method Company.

Phill The Nerd

We help entrepreneurs, coaches and educators run Profitable Online Challenges designed to maximize leads, sales and customer retention.

Now, I bet you've heard about all these benefits before.

It's even likely you've been burned by a product from some marketing guru as well. You expected the keys to the kingdom, yet you got a cat in the bag.

Why is our approach different?

This framework is based on one of the oldest psychological triggers in human behavior - "fight or flight" response.

The fight-or-flight response (also called hyperarousal, or the acute stress response) is a physiological reaction that occurs in response to a perceived harmful event, attack, or threat to survival.

When presented with any challenge, people immediately trigger such response.

It's the same with online challenges.

Maybe they don't trigger the "run for your dear life" response, but they help us clearly filter the right audience.

The core of our framework is based on attracting audience that's willing to "fight" aka take action.

Once you have the right people in your environment is so much easier to position yourself as expert in your market and help your audience get results.

And all that in a very short period of time - since most of the online challenges are planned as 5-7 day events.

Using this framework, my clients and myself have had mind-blowing results (you can check our love wall here).

Done the right way, you’ll be amazed how powerful this method is.

When you utilize them the proper way, online challenges are a game-changer for any business.

A secret weapon in your marketing arsenal.

Online Challenges are able to bypass conventional beliefs and deep relationship with your tribe within short amounts of time.

I'm marketing nerd, originally from Croatia, but considering myself citizen of the world.

My professional journey began in 2009., when I started my first company not exactly knowing what I was doing.

Over the years we evolved and specialized as a boutique web design & marketing agency serving big regional clients (Carlsberg, Gardaland amusement part, Medvescak hockey club, Arena Center Shopping Mall, s.Oliver fashion brand...).

We also launched an online fashion startup, building a hub to promote thousands of fashion creatives from Croatia and region. At one point the start-up consisted of news portal, webshop, social network and an offline photo studio.

But, it has always been my dream to live life in my own way.

To experience ultimate freedom.

For me, that meant going wherever I wanted to, whenever I wanted to.

Running an agency and a start-up project didn't align with my personal vision at the time, so I decided to fully focus on digital marketing, and start a completely new business around that.

Getting the Challenge Method right has allowed me to stop working locally, and pursue my dream of travelling the world.

Which is exactly what I have been doing since 2016.

Meeting all sorts of like minded entrepreneurs along the way and getting to know their businesses, I've soaked up many different approaches to marketing.

For example working with top entrepreneurs like Ryan Levesque (#1 Nation Best-Selling Author) and his ASK Method® Company for almost two years, helped me gain deeper understanding about challenges and obstacles people face in dozens of different markets.

Being member of high-end masterminds gives me first hand insights (and valid excuse to travel :) ) into businesses of top performing entrepreneurs.

I've used all that extensive knowledge, my past experience and client results to develop a NEW, battle-tested approach, that you know as The "Challenge Method" framework.

But enough about business.

Here are 15 personal facts you didn't know about me:

  • Lived the first three years of my life in the countryside and my best friends were farm animals.
  • Wanted to become cowboy when I was young because they don't have to go to school.
  • Not sure exactly why, but as a kid (8-9 years old), I became obsessed with baking and would often surprise my parents with a kitchen chaos, and yummy pastry.
  • Played synthesizer/piano for 5 years when in primary school. Fun fact - my piano teacher didn't realize I was a lefty for 4 years, he'd seen my writing something on paper
  • Had been training basketball for 12 years, and spent most of my teenage years on the court. I was one pick away from making it to the national team - 183 cm wasn't high enough at the time.
  • I'm very stubborn (Taurus) which both helped and hurt me in the past. Still, I'd say it's closer to having a superpower.
  • My favorite food in the world is cheese, but I can't stand eggplant.
  • My obsessive love for food is a curse at the same time since one of my biggest struggles for past 5 years is managing weight and being fit (I know, I know - it's not really food's fault :D)
  • My favorite hobby is djing, but have neglected it for a couple of years now.
  • I've visited 21 countries so far, and don't plan to stop traveling anytime soon.
  • One of the biggest life changing experiences happened to me this summer when I did a 900 km journey (Camino De Santiago) - 700km on foot and 200km by bike.
  • I'm an introvert (INTJ) by nature and need a break from humans (alone time) quite often.
  • If you are familiar with Enneagram Types, I'm number 5 - The Investigator, which perfectly explains the desire to work on the big picture and complex strategies.
  • One of my core values is doing things "the right way", and I can't stand half ass results, projects and performance.
  • I love reading "Jack Reacher" books.
